Delivery Information

Philgrocer delivers nationwide in the Philippines.

Operates 7 (seven) days a week.

We currently deliver only in Philippines through FedEx/DHL and LBC & our own delivery team.

We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APOs. Give us details such as shipping address of the recipient along with the phone number to avoid delay!

Metro Manila: Flat delivery charge for Metro Manila is USD 9.99. Delivery is 7 days a week.

Next day delivery possible within Metro Manila if you place order before 10:00 AM (Philippine time). Order received after 10:00 AM, will be delivered after 1 day unless delivery date is specified. Next day delivery is not possible during peak season like Valentines, Father's day, Mother's day, Christmas, New year, etc. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be in regular schedule by our dispatch department.

Provinces: Charge for provincial delivery is USD 9.99 for up to 5 kilos of total weight of your grocery items. No delivery is available for Sundays.

For each succeeding kilo, we have additional charge of $2.00. System will charge flat $9.95 upon checkout however if the order is more than 5 kilos, we will send an email shortly with additional shipping fee link. We do not deliver raw, wet type of items to provinces unless it is canned item.

Order received before 10:00 am (Philippine time), next day delivery is guaranteed unless delivery date is specified.. Otherwise, it will deliver after 1 day.

Next day delivery is not possible during peak season like Valentines, Father's day, Mother's day, Christmas, New year etc. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be in regular schedule by our dispatch department. 

Hospital Deliveries:  Please make sure that the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.

Exact time of delivery may not possible since none of the couriers commit it. But delivery possible within the day as you specified. Further, you may request for morning or afternoon or evening delivery time. Philgrocer.com is not liable for any delayed delivery or non-delivery of any item with or without any reason. In no event shall Philgrocer.com be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever. If customer not satisfied with item for any reason, item may be replaced if recipient can send back the item as delivered within 3 working days, but cannot be refunded. Take note, listed products in our website came from different merchants. If you order from different merchant items, delivery maybe in different time but within your specified date. But in some cases we can deliver all together even if you choose different merchant products, please send us request for it. 

Delivery time guarantee will be suspended during extreme weather condition such as typhoon, heavy rain etc. Incomplete shipping address might cause delay in delivery! If your recipient's address is incorrect, item will not be delivered and no refund will be made. Philgrocer.com reserves the rights to cancel orders at any time. Content on this site is copyrighted including text, images, logos, and design.

Edit or change address of your order:

Change address, delivery date, editing order etc. only possible if you place order in advance and inform us at least three days before delivery date. You do not need to edit or correct your order if you entered wrong sender/ billing name, address etc. During occasion like Valentines, Christmas, Mother's day, Father's Day, New year etc. changing of information or editing your order ONLY possible if you can confirm to us at least 5 days before the delivery date. Whatever the reason or season, change address, delivery date, time or anything editing of your order will be charged $5 per order. You will receive an email with this bill within 24 hours upon we receive your request.

Payment Terms:

We accept all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Novus, Diners Club and JCB derivative of these brands. For credit card verification we need name as it appears on credit card and the address where credit cards are sent.
Cash Payments can be done direct to the bank and orders will be delivered as soon as possible. We also accept western union money transfer, MoneyGram, Xoom, bank transfer etc. Please see details here: http://www.philgrocer.com/offline_payments.htm
Check Payments need clearance and verification before we deliver orders.

Refund and Return Policy:

Again, your satisfaction is guaranteed here. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure the delivery perfectly. In dealing with highly perishable products, if in case anything goes wrong, you bring up a concern or complaint, we will always listen and resolve the issue as quick as possible. Our customer service staff are trained to respond to concerns and can decide on an appropriate course of action for you on the spot.

Refund:

  • If the order is canceled by the customer 5 days before the delivery date, customer will get full refund.
  • If the order is canceled by the customer 3 days before the delivery date, customer will get refund of 50% of the total amount.
  • If the order is canceled by the customer less than 3 days before the delivery date, no refund will be made.

Return & Replace:

If customer not satisfied with item for a valid reason, item may be replaced if recipient can send back the item as delivered within 3 working days, but cannot be refunded.
We will surely replace the item if you can inform us within 24 hours upon delivery of your items if :

  • Faulty items.
  • Items damaged in transit.

Items cannot be exchanged with any other item.
